Train, Board & Ride at Grand Farms

Grand Farms spans 27 acres and is purpose-built for the event horse. Our facility offers 19 stalls, an expansive covered arena (150×850), a round pen, and a 100×200 all-weather outdoor arena equipped with a full set of show-quality jumps. Riders also have access to a cross-country course, gallop hill, three heated tack rooms, grooming stalls, a hot water wash rack, individual tack lockers, a heated viewing area, plus the comfort of an on-site kitchen and indoor bathroom. 


Our outdoor arena, completed in November 2021, was designed for all-weather use. Outfitted with lights, it allows for proper training throughout the winter months. Horses benefit from being able to work outside year-round, making the transition to spring cross-country training seamless. Both our indoor and outdoor arenas feature regularly maintained sand-and-fiber footing to ensure top performance and safety.

Schooling Cross-Country from Grasshopper to Training Level

Our cross-country course offers challenges from Grasshopper through Training level, making it the perfect place for horses and riders to progress with confidence. Highlights include a beautiful water complex with three banks, a dry bank complex added in 2021, and a variety of inviting fences — from logs, ditches, and walls to skinnies, gallop fences, and terrain questions. Riders can also school technical elements such as corners, angles, and banks at smaller heights, creating a safe and supportive environment to develop skills for the upper levels.

  • $45 per horse and rider combination 
  • $35 per horse and rider combination for groups of 10 or more 
  • $100 XC lesson with Anni (includes XC fee) 
  • $25 day stall/$40 overnight stall

Amenities for Rental

Grand Farms offers 20 stalls and a wooded camping area perfect for horse camps and clinics. Camping is conveniently located near the barns and includes access to a bathroom and shower building. With plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the outdoors, hosting a horse camp at Grand Farms is always an adventure. Lessons with Anni are available on select weekends, though we also welcome other instructors to teach here.
